摘要
镧系光学玻璃具有高折射率、高透过率和优异化学稳定性等特性,已成为扩大数码相机、显微镜和虚拟现实(VR)眼镜等设备视场角的关键材料。采用熔融法制备了不同ZrO_(2)掺杂量的La_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)-B_(2)O_(3)玻璃体系,系统研究了ZrO_(2)摩尔分数占比对镧系玻璃结构及光学性能的影响。结果表明,随着ZrO_(2)摩尔分数的增加,玻璃中[BO_(3)]三角体和[BO_(4)]四面体网络结构减少,Zr^(4+)倾向于与玻璃网络中的其他结构相连,提升了玻璃网络中的电子云密度。与此同时,ZrO_(2)的增加提高了玻璃的折射率和氧离子极化率,却牺牲了部分透过率。当ZrO_(2)的摩尔分数为9%时,La_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)-B_(2)O_(3)玻璃体系的透过率、折射率和阿贝数等综合光学性能达到最佳平衡。
Lanthanide glass has excellent properties including high refractive index,high transmittance,and high chemical stability,which can increase the field of view of devices such as digital cameras,microscopes,and AR/VR glasses.La_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)-B_(2)O_(3)system glass containing ZrO_(2)was prepared by melting method,and the effect of ZrO_(2)content on the structure and optical properties of the glass was studied.The results showed that the network structures of[BO_(3)]and[BO_(4)]in the glass decrease with the increase of ZrO_(2)content,and Zr^(4+)is more connected to other structures in the glass network,enhancing the electron cloud density in the glass network.At the same time,it was found that an increase in ZrO_(2)content led to an increase in both the refractive index and oxygen ion polarizability,a decrease in transmittance due to an increase in ultraviolet absorption.When the ZrO_(2)mole fraction was 9%,the comprehensive optical properties such as transmittance,refractive index,and Abbe number of La_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)-B_(2)O_(3)system glass were optimal.
