排尘结构对旋风分离器的分离特性影响研究

摘要 为了研究排尘结构对旋风分离器分离特性的影响,对四个具有不同排尘结构的旋风分离器的气固两相流场进行数值模拟。结果表明:四个旋风分离器的切向速度大小和分布位置相近,最大切向速度差值在2 m/s以内;轴向速度曲线都呈非对称的双峰分布,带直管和灰斗旋风分离器因径缩效应使内旋流中心轴向速度较大。所有旋风分离器的分级效率曲线都近似呈“S”形状;带直管和灰斗的旋风分离器,延长了分离空间,有利于粉尘的进一步分离,分离效率最高。排尘结构对压降的影响较小,对分离效率的影响较大,在设计旋风分离器时需考虑排尘结构对分离特性的影响。 In order to study the effect of dust outlet geometry on the performance of cyclone separators,the gas-solid flow characteristics in four cyclone separators with different dust outlet geometries have been computationally simulated.The results show that the tangential velocities and distribution positions of the four cyclone separators are similar,and the maximum tangential velocity difference is within 2 m/s;The axial velocity curves exhibit an asymmetric bimodal distribution,and the cyclone separator with dustbin plus dipleg has a larger axial velocity at the center of the internal vortex because of sudden decrease of diameter.The classification efficiency curves of all cyclone separators are approximately in the shape of an“S”;The cyclone separator with dipleg and dustbin extends the separation space,which is conducive to further separation of dust and has the highest separation efficiency.The impact of dust outlet geometry on pressure drop is relatively small,but it has a significant impact on separation efficiency.When designing a cyclone separator,the influence of dust outlet geometry on separation characteristics should be considered.
