摘要
本文系统梳理了绿色合成化学在原料替代、催化体系优化、工艺过程革新以及废弃物资源化等领域的应用进展,探讨了绿色合成化学面临的技术瓶颈、经济成本、政策协同及工业化推广等关键挑战,展望了绿色合成化学在人工智能驱动、多技术耦合与跨学科协同等方面的发展方向。结果表明,绿色合成化学是化工行业实现节能减排的核心路径,但其大规模应用仍依赖技术、政策与市场机制的协同突破。
This paper systematically reviews the application progress of green synthetic chemistry in the fields of raw material substitution,optimization of the catalytic system,innovation of the process,and resource utilization of waste.It discusses the key challenges faced by green synthetic chemistry,including technical bottlenecks,economic costs,policy coordination,and industrial promotion.The development directions of green synthetic chemistry in aspects such as artificial intelligence-driven development,multi-technology coupling,and interdisciplinary collaboration are also prospected.The results show that green synthetic chemistry is the core path for the chemical industry to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.However,its large-scale application still depends on coordinated breakthroughs in technology,policies,and market mechanisms.
