安全工程专业化工过程实验教学——外场调控纳米增强相变材料的光热转换

Safety Engineering Major Chemical Process Experiment Teaching:The External Field Regulating the Photothermal Conversion of Nano-Enhanced Phase Change Materials

摘要 本实验设计研究外场作用对磁性混合纳米增强相变材料光热转换性能的影响。通过构建由超声场、磁场、可视化方腔、恒温循环水浴、红外热成像仪、高速摄像机和热电偶数据采集模块组成的相变材料光热特性强化研究的可视化实验平台。本实验课程的学习,使学生掌握相变材料的熔化相变可视化实验的基本原理,操作过程以及数据分析总结等内容,以期望学生在深入学习科学技术知识的基础上,将来进入社会后能够为祖国建设事业做出更大的贡献。 This experiment was designed to investigate the effect of external field on the photothermal conversion performance of magnetic hybrid nano-enhanced phase change materials.A visual experimental platform for the enhancement of photothermal properties of PCM is constructed,which is composed of ultrasonic field,magnetic field,visual square chamber,constant temperature circulating water bath,infrared thermal imager,high-speed camera and thermocouple data acquisition module.Through the study of this experimental course,students can master the basic principle,operation process and data analysis and summary of the visualization experiment of phase change materials,so as to hope that students can make greater contributions to the construction of the motherland after entering the society on the basis of in-depth study of scientific and technological knowledge.
