考虑转供重构和无功控制的分布式光伏承载能力提升策略

摘要 为提高配电网对分布式光伏(DPV)的消纳能力,通过无功补偿电容器组(CB)和静态无功补偿设备(SVC)对无功的控制作用以及配电网转供运行的网络重构,提出考虑转供重构和无功控制的DPV承载能力提升模型。在此基础上,综合考虑1范数和∞范数构建DPV出力和负荷的概率不确定性集合,建立考虑转供重构和无功控制的DPV承载能力分布鲁棒优化模型。在改进的99节点系统上进行的算例仿真结果表明,所提出的考虑转供重构和无功控制的分布式光伏承载能力提升策略能有效提升配电网对DPV的消纳率,提高运行的稳定性和经济性。 In order to improve the absorption capacity of distributed photovoltaics(DPV)in the distribution network,a DPV hosting capacity enhancement model considering transfer reconstruction and reactive power control is proposed by using reactive power compensation capacitor banks(CB)and static var compensators(SVC)to control reactive power,as well as network reconstruction for transfer operation in the distribution network.On this basis,a probability uncertainty set for DPV output and load is constructed by comprehensively considering the 1 norm and∞norm,and a robust optimization model for DPV hosting capacity distribution considering transfer supply reconstruction and reactive power control is established.The simulation results of a case study conducted on an improved 99-bus system show that the proposed distributed photovoltaic hosting capacity enhancement strategy,which considers power supply restructuring and reactive power control,can effectively improve the DPV consumption rate of the distribution network,improve the stability and economy of operation.
