摘要
城市地理特征差异对海绵城市建设影响较大。对于北方盆地城市,雨季面临洪涝威胁及水环境质量恶化问题,旱季又有水资源短缺压力。本文以长治市为例,围绕在北方盆地城市如何推进海绵城市建设进行了探索。本文在深度剖析长治市基础特征与面临的问题基础上,合理确定海绵城市建设目标,从流域生态良好修复、内涝风险消除、水环境质量稳定提升、雨水资源多维度利用及管控措施等方面提出切实可行的建设策略,为推进同类型城市海绵建设提供可参照模式。
Different urban geographic features have a greater impact on sponge city construction.For northern basincities,flooding and deterioration of water quality are often present during the rainy days,while water scarcity pressures are present during the dry days.This paper explores how the cities in the northern basin can systematically promote the construction of sponge cities,that focus on Changzhi.Based on the in-depth analysis of the basic characteristics and problems in Changzhi City,this paper determines the construction goals of sponge city.On this foundation,the paper proposes practical construction strategies from the good ecological restoration of watersheds,elimination of the risk of flooding,stable improvement of the quality of the water environment,multi-dimensionalization of stormwater resources,and control measures,for the purpose of providingreferable model in similar cities.
