摘要
文章初步设计了一种适用于国内49-2堆棒状燃料组件、CARR堆板状燃料组件及微堆堆芯的一种通用研究堆乏燃料干式贮存容器。容器主体为不锈钢-铅结构,稳定性和屏蔽性能优秀。文章针对设计主体结构进行MCNP模型建立,完成一般和事故工况的临界安全分析。使用ORIGEN程序计算源强,容器外表面γ剂量率水平,完成了屏蔽安全分析。采用CFD方法对容器进行了热力学初步计算,完成了容器热工安全分析,皆满足设计要求。
In this paper,a general dry storage vessel for spent fuel in research reactor is designed,which is suitable for domestic 49-2 rod fuel assembly,CARR plate fuel assembly and microreactor core.The main body of the vessel is stainless steel-lead structure,excellent stability and shielding performance.In this paper,the MCNP model is established for the main structure of the design,and the critical safety analysis of general and accident conditions is completed.The shielding safety analysis was completed by using ORIGEN program to calculate the source intensity and the level ofγ-dose rate on the outer surface of the container.The preliminary thermodynamic calculation of the vessel is carried out by CFD method,and the thermal safety analysis of the vessel is completed,all of which meet the design requirements.
