摘要
以某重型燃气轮机服役24000h的一级动叶为例,在一级动叶外观、材质解析的基础上,采用金相等试验方法对一级动叶叶尖挡板区域显微组织进行分析,确认一级动叶叶尖挡板区域的裂纹性质为疲劳裂纹。
Taking the first stage rotor of a heavy-duty gas turbine that has been in service for 24000 hours as an example,the metallographic test method is used to analyze the microstructure of the blade tip shroud region based on the analysis of appearance and material of the first stage blade.It is confirmed that the nature of the cracks in the blade tip shroud region of the first stage rotor is fatigue crack.
