摘要
渐开线齿轮的建模通常依赖三维软件中的表达式工具、方程式驱动曲线、Toolbox插件及GSD模块,但以上建模方法在教学演示和理论学习等方面缺乏直观性的理解。以风机齿轮为例,本文探讨了一种改进描点法的风机渐开线齿轮建模方法。首先根据渐开线方程,利用Excel生成离散点的坐标数据,导入AutoCAD生成渐开线;然后构造齿轮齿廓,将二维图形导入三维软件,实现三维建模。通过对齿形误差进行计算和比较,证明该方法可行。该方法适用于硬件资源受限的齿轮原型设计和理论验证,为齿轮设计方法的选择提供了实践参考,尤其是为课堂教育和中小企业提供了低成本的技术方案。
The modeling of involute gears usually relies on the expression tools,equation driving curves,Toolbox plug-ins and GSD modules in 3D software,but the above modeling methods lack intuitive understanding in teaching demonstration and theoretical learning.Taking the wind turbine gears as an example,this paper discusses a modeling method for wind turbine involute gears based on improved point tracing method.Firstly,according to the involute equation,Excel is used to generate the coordinate data of discrete points,and the coordinate data is imported into AutoCAD to generate the involute.Then the gear tooth profile is constructed,and the two-dimensional graphics are imported into the three-dimensional software to realize the three-dimensional modeling.By calculating and comparing the tooth profile error,it is proved that the method is feasible.This method is suitable for gear prototyping and theoretical verification with limited hardware resources,which provides a practical reference for the selection of gear design methods,especially for classroom education and small and medium-sized enterprises.
