试验分布式测量系统应急触发机制研究与应用

摘要 结构强度试验分布式测量对应急触发的可靠性和瞬时性要求较高,本文梳理了现有的应急触发机制,分析现有机制对分布式测量的适应性并提出了一种以试验应急卸载高频测量为出发点的应急触发机制,可根据试验各工况测量需求设置采样频率以确保数据的有效性和完整性,覆盖结构应急卸载后从应变释放到初始状态的全过程,为试验检查提供了参考。 The distributed measurement of structural strength test requires high reliability and instantaneity of emergency trigger.In the paper,the existing emergency trigger mechanism is sorted out,and the adaptability of the existing mechanism to distributed measurement is analyzed.An emergency trigger mechanism based on high-frequency measurement of emergency unloading is proposed.The sampling frequency can be set according to the measurement requirements of each test condition to ensure the validity and integrity of the data,and the whole process from strain release to initial state after emergency unloading of the structure can be covered,which provides a reference for test and inspection.
