摘要
本文针对复合材料外涵机匣结构强度试验中温度控制环节存在的响应慢、大滞后等难点,提出了控点切换技术与分段限幅加比例前馈的复合PID控制技术,解决了该结构强度试验温度控制存在的问题。试验结果表明,此方案有效可行,为后续类似试验提供了参考。
Aiming at the difficulties of slow response and large lag in temperature control in the structural strength test of composite bypass casing,the control point switching technology and the composite PID control technology of segmented amplitude limiting and proportional feedforward are put forward in the paper,which solves the problems of temperature control in the structural strength test.The test results show that this plan is effective and feasible,which provides a reference for subsequent similar tests.
