摘要
本文研究了石英纤维布(QWD200)在不同表面处理方法下对其增强酚醛复合材料的抗烧蚀性能的影响。采用热处理和硅烷偶联剂(KH550)处理两种方法,对石英纤维布进行了表面处理,系统地分析了不同处理方法对石英纤维布和复合材料在宏观、微观及力学性能、抗烧蚀性能方面的影响。结果表明,热处理能够显著去除石英纤维布表面的浸润剂,并增加其表面粗糙度;热处理和硅烷偶联剂处理均能显著提高石英纤维布与酚醛树脂的界面结合力,从而显著提升复合材料的力学性能和抗烧蚀性能。
In this paper,the influences of different surface treatment methods on the ablation resistance of phenolic resin composites reinforced with quartz fiber cloth(QWD200)are studied.The quartz fiber cloth is subjected to surface treatments by using thermal treatment and silane coupling agent(KH550).The influences of different treatment methods on the macroscopic,microscopic,mechanical properties and ablation properties of the treated quartz fiber cloth and composites are systematically analyzed.The results indicate that the thermal treatment can significantly remove the sizing agent from the surface of quartz fiber cloth,and increase its surface roughness.Both thermal treatment and silane coupling agent treatment can significantly improve the interfacial bonding strength between quartz fiber cloth and phenolic resin,thereby significantly improving the mechanical properties and ablation properties of the composites.
