摘要
随着金融行业的快速变革,传统金融教育面临知识密集度高、理论与实践融合不足、个性化反馈缺失等诸多挑战。为应对这些挑战,将AI智能体技术深度融入证券分析课程,通过智能化作业评估、个性化学习路径定制及金融数据分析实践等策略,实现教学模式的革新。结果显示,AI智能体能显著提升教学效率,助力个性化学习,促进理论与实践深度融合。同时,AI智能体的应用面临着数据隐私保护、算法透明度及教育决策权责划分等方面的多重挑战。
With the rapid transformation of the financial industry,traditional financial education is confronted with numerous challenges,such as high knowledge intensity,insufficient integration of theory and practice,and the lack of personalized feedback.To address these challenges,AI agent technology is deeply integrated into the securities analysis course.Through core strategies such as intelligent assignment assessment,personalized learning path customization,and financial data analysis practice,the teaching model is innovated.The results show that AI intelligence can significantly enhance teaching efficiency,facilitate personalized learning,and promote the deep integration of theory and practice.Meanwhile,the application of AI agents is confronted with multiple challenges in terms of data privacy protection,algorithm transparency,and the division of responsibilities for educational decision-making.
