摘要
在数字经济驱动下,市场营销行业发生了剧烈变化,对营销人才的要求不断提高。企业迫切需要既具备营销理论知识,又熟练掌握数字营销技能,还有创新思维的复合型营销人才。高职院校必须调整市场营销专业人才培养模式,从课程体系、教学方法、教学资源、校企合作等方面加大创新力度,提高营销人才培养质量,为数字经济发展注入活力。
Driven by the digital economy,the marketing industry has undergone drastic changes,and the requirements for marketing talents are constantly increasing.Enterprises urgently need compound marketing talents who not only possess marketing theoretical knowledge,but also are proficient in digital marketing skills and have innovative thinking.Higher vocational colleges must adjust the talent cultivation model for marketing majors,increase innovation efforts in aspects such as the curriculum system,teaching methods,teaching resources,and school-enterprise cooperation,improve the quality of marketing talent cultivation,and inject vitality into the development of the digital economy.
