摘要
平顶山煤矿面临采掘接替紧张的突出问题。TBM掘进机以其高效、安全和机械化特点,成为当前煤矿岩巷掘进的利器。研究了“平煤盾构一号”EQC5530全断面硬岩掘进机,详述了全断面敞开式盾构机在煤矿岩巷快速掘进中的优势,结合其在平煤十三矿己三排矸皮带下山中的应用实况,主要从TBM装备设计与关键部件、TBM掘进快速支护、TBM运输系统保障技术、长距离通风降温技术等方面进行分析总结。结果表明:该TBM装备设计满足长距离大断面极复杂地质安全快速掘进需求;通过对支护设计进行优化,减少了因掘支不平衡引起的停机;对现有的运输物料和排矸输送系统进行改造,实现了掘运的平衡;通过对原有的通风系统改造,实现了长距离通风降温。实现单班进尺最高10.8m,单日最高26m,月进最高314.5m,为类似矿井的TBM掘进提供了宝贵的经验和技术借鉴。
The Pingdingshan Coal Mine is facing a prominent problem of tight coal mining and excavation succession.The TBM(Tunnel Boring Machine)excavator,with its efficient,safe andmechanized features,has become a powerful tool for rock tunnel excavation in coal mines.This paperstudies the“Pingmei Shield No.1”EQC5530 full-section hard rock excavator,elaborates on the advantages of the full-section open-type shield machine in rapid tunneling in coal mine rock tunnels,andcombines its application situation in the third row of gangue conveyor of Pingmei the 13th Mine,mainly analyzing and summarizing from aspects such as TBM equipment design and key components,TBM rapid support during excavation,TBM transportation system guarantee technology,and longdistance ventilation and cooling technology.The results show that the TBM equipment design meetsthe requirements for safe and rapid long-distance large-section complex geological tunneling;by optimizing the support design,the downtime caused by imbalance between excavation and support is reduced;the existing transportation of materials and gangue conveying system is renovated to achievethe balance of excavation and transportation;the original ventilation system is renovated to achievelong-distance ventilation and cooling.The maximum single-shift advance is 10.8 m,the maximum single-day advance is 26 m,and the maximum monthly advance is 314.5 m,providing valuable experience and technical references for TBM tunneling in similar mines.
