摘要
目的探讨老年综合评估(CGA)联合智能化用药模式对住院老年多重用药患者的干预效果,为临床保障此类患者用药合理、安全、有效提供参考。方法选择我院2023年1~12月住院的96例老年多重用药患者进行前瞻性研究,采用SPSS建立随机数字表,将患者分为干预组与对照组,每组48例。干预组采用CGA联合智能化用药模式管理,对照组采用常规用药管理。比较两组患者用药依从性、药物相关知识知晓情况、患者满意度等差异。结果两组入组时MMAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预1周至出院2个月,较对照组而言,干预组MMAS评分均更高(P<0.05)。干预1周后,干预组对药物相关知识的知晓状况显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组在了解药品有效期、药物疗效、副作用及表现、应对方式以及随访时间等方面知晓率占比高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患者的总满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患者的用药安全性显著高于对照组,用药错误总发生率更低(2.08%vs 16.67%)(P<0.05)。结论对住院老年多重用药患者而言,CGA联合智能化用药模式可提升用药依从性,提高药物相关知识知晓率,提高患者满意度,增强用药安全性。
Objective To explore the effect of the combined use of comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA)and intelligent medication mode on the intervention of hospitalized elderly patients with multiple medications,provide reference for ensuring the rational,safe,and effective use of medication for such patients in clinical practice.Methods A prospective study was conducted on 96 elderly patients with multiple drug use admitted to our hospital from Jan to Dec 2023.A random number table was established using SPSS,and the patients were divided into an intervention group and a control group,with 48 patients in each group.The intervention group was managed using CGA combined with intelligent medication mode,while the control group was managed using conventional medication.Compared the differences in medication adherence,knowledge of medication,and patient satisfaction between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in MMAS scores between the two groups upon enrollment(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the intervention group had higher MMAS scores from one week to two months after discharge(P<0.05).After one week of intervention,the intervention group showed significantly better awareness of drug-related knowledge than the control group(P<0.05).The intervention group had a higher awareness rate than the control group in terms of understanding drug expiration date,drug efficacy,side effects and manifestations,coping strategies,and follow-up time(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The medication safety of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of medication errors was lower(2.08%vs 16.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion For hospitalized elderly patients with multiple medications,the CGA combined with intelligent medication mode can improve medication compliance,increase drug related knowledge awareness,improve patients'satisfaction,and enhance medication safety.
