对低保护级别文物建筑价值评估与保护利用的再思考——以深圳市公明老墟为例

摘要 低保护级别文物建筑数量庞大,但学界对其价值的探讨尚未给予充分关注。本研究以深圳市公明老墟为例,总结出低保护级别文物建筑在价值评估中面临的主要挑战,并据此提出评估程序与方法。研究发现,公明老墟的历史价值和精神价值在深圳市层面具有一定重要性,但艺术价值与科学价值相对一般。此外,公明老墟的文化情感价值对周边社区意义重大。应在延续历史功能的基础上,通过活化利用,进一步扩大其功能价值在当今社会的作用与影响。 Low-grade heritage buildings are numerous,but their value has not received sufficient attention in academic research.This study uses Gongming Ancient Market in Shenzhen as an example to summarize the main challenges faced in the value assessment of low-grade heritage buildings and proposes evaluation procedures and methods accordingly.The study finds that the historical and spiritual values of the Gongming Ancient Market hold certain significance at the Shenzhen municipal level,but its artistic and scientific values are relatively average.Fur-thermore,its cultural and emotional value is significant for the surrounding community,and its functional value should be further expanded in today’s society through revitalization,based on continuing its historical functions.
