摘要
为探究黄土填方区住宅建筑差异沉降控制问题,通过在住宅主楼和地下车库之间以及住宅主楼各单元之间设置永久沉降缝,分析探讨填方区建筑永久沉降缝设置的特殊要求,以及由此带来的基础埋置深度不足、结构计算总高度加大等结构设计不利因素,并提出增加结构空腔层、加强底部约束等相应结构设计措施。整体计算和分析表明:填方区住宅建筑合理设置永久沉降缝,可实现主楼单独自由沉降,从而有效避免差异沉降,且各项主要计算指标及抗倾覆和整体稳定性验算均满足要求,为类似工程设计提供参考。
In order to explore the control of differential settlement of residential buildings in loess filled area,analyzed and discussed the special requirements of setting permanent settlement joints in the building in filled area,as well as the unfavorable factors of structural design such as insufficient depth of foundation embedment and increase of total height of structural calculation brought by it by setting permanent settlement joints in the main residential building and underground garage,and puts forward corresponding structural design measures such as increase of structural cavity level and enhancement of bottom constraints.The overall calculation and analysis shows that the reasonable setting of permanent settlement joints in residential buildings in the filled area can realize the free settlement of the main building alone,thus effectively avoiding the differential settlement,and the main calculation indexes and the anti-tilting and overall stability calculations meet the requirements,which can provide reference for the design of similar projects.
