摘要
茯苓产业发展中面临严重的林菌矛盾,研发茯苓代料栽培技术势在必行。本研究开展了基于松材线虫疫木利用的代料茯苓栽培试验,单窖菌核产量介于0.1~1.83 kg之间;不同配方代料茯苓菌核平均产量有所差异,疫木含量低的代料配方菌核产量显著低于其它配方;除水溶性浸出物含量外,4种配方代料茯苓主要成份含量差异不显著。
In the development of the Poria cocos industry,there is a serious contradiction between forest and fungi,and it is imperative to develop Poria cocos substitute cultivation techniques.This study conducted a cultivation experiment of substitute Poria cocos based on the utilization of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus infected wood,with a single pit yield ranging from 0.1 to 1.83 kg;The average yield of Poria cocos mycelium varies among different formulations,with formulations with lower content of Phytophthora infestans showing significantly lower yield compared to other formulations;Except for the content of water-soluble extracts,there was no significant difference in the content of the main components of Poria cocos among the four formula substitutes.
