摘要
为探寻油茶高接换种的适宜时间及品种,以‘长林3号’‘长林4号’‘长林18号’‘长林40号’和‘长林53号’为接穗,采用劈接法在2月中下旬和3月中旬进行油茶高接换种,比较分析了不同时间不同品种高接成活率,第1、2年新梢长度和冠幅面积差异。结果表明:长林系列几个参试品种均适宜在2月中下旬高接,成活率分别为71.62%、82.53%、64.73%、92.60%和83.03%;高接第1年新梢长度以‘长林40号’最大,第2年以‘长林53号’和‘长林40号’最大;高接第1年冠幅面积以‘长林4号’最大,第2年以‘长林53号’最大。综合可知,长林系列品种在2月中下旬高接成活率最高,‘长林53号’第2年新梢及冠幅生长量最大。
To explore the optimal time for crown grafting of Camellia oleifera,the scions were one-year-old branches of‘changlin3’,‘changlin4’,‘changlin18’,‘changlin40’and‘changlin53’.The method of cleft grafting was employed to perform crown grafting in mid-to-late February and mid-March.The study compared and analyzed the survival rates of different varieties,as well as the differences in young shoot length and canopy area in the first and second years.The results showed that‘changlin3’,‘changlin4’,‘changlin18’,‘changlin40’and‘changlin53’were all suitable for crown grafting in mid-to-late February,with survival rates of 71.62%,82.53%,64.73%,92.60%,and 83.03%,respectively.In the first year after crown grafting,the maximum young shoot length was observed in‘changlin40’,followed by‘changlin40’and‘changlin53’in the second year.In terms of canopy area in the first year,‘changlin40’had the largest increase,while‘changlin53’saw the greatest growth in the second year.Overall,these varieties had the highest survival rate when grafted in mid-to-late February,and‘changlin53’exhibited the greatest growth in young shoots and canopy area in the second year.
