摘要
本文通过阐述风电场风力发电机组特定场址评估的疲劳载荷计算,通过分析测风塔处年平均风速、极端风速、空气密度、风切变、湍流强度矩阵等工程计算方法,参考最新的IEC61400-15-1-2024标准,重点分析测风塔平均湍流矩阵、湍流矩阵的标准偏差矩阵插补分析与实测值的差异,在通过WT仿真软件,进行CFD流场仿真推导各机位点的风参。通过特定场址的风资源参数选取,采用NREL机构开发的OpenFast开源风力发电机组载荷计算软件进行仿真计算,通过模拟10min正常湍流风速下,风力发电机组正常运行、启机、停机运行风况,结合MLife疲劳计算软件,计算出不同空气密度、风频分布下的疲劳载荷值。通过与IEC61400-1-2019规定的C、B、A、A+四种湍流等级的标准风力发电自己的载荷进行对比,进一步分析不同取值方法对风力发电机组载荷值计算的影响,力求找到一种更能适合实际特定场址评估的取值方法。
This paper elaborates on the fatigue load calculations for wind turbines in a specific wind farm site assessment.By analyzing engineering methods such as annual average wind speed,extreme wind speeds,air density,wind shear,and turbulence intensity matrices at the met mast location,and in reference to the latest IEC61400-15-1-2024 standards,the study focuses on the differences between the interpolated values of the mean turbulence matrix and the standard deviation matrix of the turbulence intensity and the actual measured values.Through the use of WT simulation software,Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)simulations are conducted to deduce the wind parameters at each turbine location.By selecting wind resource parameters specific to the site and employing the OpenFast open-source wind turbine load calculation software developed by NREL,simulations are performed to calculate the fatigue loads under varying air densities and wind frequency distributions.This includes simulating normal operation,startup,and shutdown conditions of wind turbines under 10-minute normal turbulence wind speeds,in conjunction with the MLife fatigue calculation software.The study compares these loads with the standard loads for four turbulence classes(C,B,A,A+)as stipulated by IEC61400-1-2019,further analyzing the impact of different value selection methods on the calculation of wind turbine load values.The aim is to identify a value selection method that more accurately suits the actual site-specific as-sessment of wind farms.
