摘要
在焦化行业中,硫泡沫加工工艺对资源回收和环境保护至关重要。本研究聚焦于焦化回收熟硫工艺,详细阐述其现状,包括硫泡沫原料的分离、硫浆的蒸发处理以及蒸发汽的净化与排放过程。深入分析了工艺中存在的问题,如蒸汽热量干扰导致的循环冷却液升温、冷凝不佳、尾气排放超标和系统水平衡紊乱等。针对这些问题,实施了一系列针对性的改造措施,包括增设冷却器、改造喷淋降温模式以及稳定塔内液体温度的综合措施。改造后,尾气排放显著改善,设备运行稳定性增强,为行业相关工艺的优化升级提供了宝贵经验。
In the coking industry,the sulfur foam processing technology plays a crucial role in resource recovery and environmental protection.This research focuses on coking sulfur recovery and processing technologies,outlining their current status,including separation of sulfur foam feedstocks,evaporation treatment of sulfur slurries,and purification/emission processes for evaporation vapors.In-depth analysis of the existing problems in the process,such as the heating of circulating cooling liquid caused by steam heat interference,poor condensation,excessive tail-gas emissions,and disorder of system water balance.In response to these problems,a series of targeted transformation measures have been implemented,including adding coolers,transforming the spray cooling mode,and comprehensive measures to stabilize the liquid temperature in the tower.After the transformation,the tail-gas emissions have been significantly improved,and the stability of equipment operation has been enhanced,providing valuable experience for the optimization and upgrading of related processes in the industry.
