电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定石英玻璃中铝含量的不确定度评定

Uncertainty evaluation of the determination of Al content in quartz glass by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry

摘要 本文依据GB/T 3284-2015《石英玻璃化学成分分析方法》第9章电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定石英玻璃中Al的含量。为量化试验结果的质量及可靠性,参照JJF 1135-2005《化学分析测量不确定度评定》和CNASGL006-2019《化学分析中不确定度评定指南》对试验过程中引入的不确定度分量进行系统评估,建立数学模型,识别并量化各不确定度分量。结果表明,不确定分量由大到小依次为:标准使用液的配置、标准曲线拟合、样品测量重复性、试料溶液制备及天平称量引入的不确定度。当k=2时,扩展不确定度为3.64μg/g,Al含量的质量分数表示为(65.85±3.64)μg/g。本文针对不确定度分量评定结果,进一步提出了优化试验方法、提升检测准确度及可靠性的相关建议。通过科学量化试验结果的可信范围,为石英玻璃的生产控制及实际应用提供了重要的数据支撑。 In this paper,ICP-OES was adopted to determine the aluminum content in quartz glass in accordance with Chapter 9 of GB/T 3284-2015“Analytical method of the chemical composition in the quartz glass”.To quantify the quality and reliability of the test results,the uncertainty components generated during the test process were systematically evaluated in accordance with JJF 1135-2005“Evaluation of Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis Measurement”and CNASGL006-2019“Guidance on Quantifying Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis”,a mathematical model was established,and each uncertainty component was identified and quantified.The results show that the uncertain components,from largest to smallest,are:the preparation of the standard working solutions,the fitting of the standard curve,the repeatability detection of sample,the preparation of the sample solutions and the balance weighing.When k=2,the expanded uncertainty is 3.64μg/g,the aluminum content is expressed as(65.85±3.64)μg/g.Based on the evaluation results of the uncertainty components,this paper further proposes relevant recommendations for optimizing the testing methodology and enhancing the accuracy and reliability of the detection process.By scientifically quantifying the reliable range of test results,this approach offers crucial data support for both the production control and practical application of quartz glass.
