摘要
本文围绕我国加固用结构胶粘剂开展了深入且系统的研究,通过精确控制胶层厚度这一关键变量,针对不同种类的加固用结构胶,在多种胶层厚度下进行试验。对比不同种类加固用结构胶在不同胶层厚度下的试验结果,深度剖析胶层厚度与拉伸剪切强度的内在联系,确定最佳胶层厚度为0.2mm。研究表明,拉伸剪切强度随胶层厚度增加而降低,当胶层厚度超过2.5mm,其拉伸剪切强度的变化幅度逐渐减小并趋于平稳状态。此外,从多维度深入分析了影响拉伸剪切强度的内在原因,为结构胶在实际工程应用中的性能优化提供了坚实的理论依据。
This paper conducts an in-depth and systematic study on structural adhesives for reinforcement in China.By precisely controlling the key variable of adhesive layer thickness,experiments are carried out on different types of structural adhesives for reinforcement under various adhesive layer thicknesses.The experimental results of different types of structural adhesives for reinforcement under different adhesive layer thicknesses are compared,and the internal relationship between adhesive layer thickness and tensile shear strength is deeply analyzed.The optimal adhesive layer thickness is determined to be 0.2mm.The research shows that the tensile shear strength decreases with the increase of adhesive layer thickness.When the adhesive layer thickness exceeds 2.5mm,the change range of its tensile shear strength gradually decreases and tends to be stable.In addition,the internal reasons affecting the tensile shear strength are deeply analyzed from multiple dimensions,providing a solid theoretical basis for the performance optimization of structural adhesives in practical engineering applications.
