双碳背景下中国玻璃行业的碳中和路径

摘要 随着全球对气候变化问题的关注度持续攀升,中国提出碳达峰与碳中和的“双碳”目标,为各行业可持续发展带来新挑战与新要求。玻璃行业作为我国碳排放重点领域,实现碳中和意义重大。本文深入剖析玻璃行业的能耗与碳排放现状,涵盖浮法玻璃、超白压延玻璃、汽车玻璃及建筑加工玻璃等细分板块,并从采用替代燃料、优化原料构成、推广烟气脱硝技术、投身碳交易以及运用碳捕集技术等多个维度,探索中国玻璃行业达成碳中和的可行路径,旨在为玻璃行业的绿色转型与可持续发展提供参考。 With the growing global concern about climate change,China has put forward the“dual carbon”goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,which pose new challenges and requirements for the sustainable development of various industries.As one of the key carbon-emitting sectors in China,the glass industry’s achievement of carbon neutrality is of great significance.This paper comprehensively analyzes the energy consumption and carbon emission status of the glass industry,including sub-fields such as float glass,ultra-white calendared glass,automotive glass,and architectural processed glass.It explores the carbon neutrality paths of the Chinese glass industry from multiple aspects,such as the use of alternative fuels,optimization of raw material composition,promotion of flue gas denitrification technology,participation in carbon trading,and carbon capture technology,aiming to provide a reference for the green transformation and sustainable development of the glass industry.
