Research progress of building fire protection technology

摘要 随着城市化进程加快和高层建筑数量激增,传统被动防火技术面临严峻挑战。本文系统分析了建筑防火技术的发展现状与趋势,重点探讨了新型防火材料和智能化技术的突破性进展。研究表明,传统防火技术依赖耐火材料与被动消防设施,虽能延缓火势蔓延,但难以应对超高层建筑的救援需求和复杂建筑结构的火灾风险。近年来,新型防火材料与数字化技术显著提升火灾管理效率。然而,当前仍面临新型材料成本高、智能系统集成度不足等挑战。 With the acceleration of urbanization and the surge in the number of high-rise buildings,traditional passive fire protection technologies are facing severe challenges.This paper systematically analyzes the current development status and trends of building fire protection technologies,with a focus on the breakthrough progress in new fire-resistant materials and intelligent technologies.Research indicates that traditional fire protection technologies rely on refractory materials and passive firefighting facilities,which can delay the spread of fire but struggle to meet the rescue demands of super high-rise buildings and the fire risks posed by complex building structures.In recent years,new fire-resistant materials and digital technologies have significantly improved fire management efficiency.However,challenges such as the high cost of new materials and insufficient integration of intelligent systems still persist.
