摘要
基于五期中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,检验贫困烙印对大学生职业选择的具体影响以及烙印机制在不同大学生群体间的作用差异,结果表明:贫困烙印会显著提高大学生体制就业选择倾向并对灵活就业选择具有负向作用,在贫困烙印作用下,农村大学生选择体制就业的概率比城市大学生概率更高,女性大学生群体选择体制就业比男性大学生群体的概率更高。为了促进大学生就业精准决策,应把握、引导并适当干预差异成长环境下大学生的就业选择行为,同时大学生需对贫困烙印建立理性认知,高校需做好职业规划引导,全社会需打造更优就业生态。
Based on five states data of China Family Panel Studies,this study examines the impact of pov⁃erty branding on career choices among college students,as well as the differences in the branding mechanism between different sample students.Research has found that the poverty imprint has a significant negative effect on college students choosing flexible employment and a significant positive effect on choosing institutional em⁃ployment;There is no difference in this conclusion between urban and rural samples and between male and fe⁃male college students,but under the influence of poverty,the probability of rural college students choosing insti⁃tutional employment is higher than that of urban college students,and the probability of female college students choosing institutional employment is higher than that of male college students.The above findings have signifi⁃cant reference significance for grasping,guiding,and appropriately intervening in the career choices and behav⁃iors of college students in different growth environments.It is suggested that college students should establish a rational understanding of poverty,universities should do a good job in career planning guidance,and the whole society should create a better employment ecology.
