摘要
高校治理现代化是建设高质量教育体系的重要保障,优化权力运行机制是推进高校治理现代化的核心。高校权力结构非行政与学术的划分,也非专断与民主的问题,而是不同场域形成的复杂的“权力-空间”关系。从场域理论视角看,高校治理的权力结构由于场域交叠、利益冲突、信息垄断、权力缺位等出现空间错位、结构紊乱、关系失衡等问题,因此应关注权力结构的场域边界,完善权力结构中利益相关者之间关系,构建“场域-技术-制衡”的权力结构,即依据权力产生场域,明确场域边界,利用信息技术手段畅通信息传递渠道,增强相关利益者的影响力,完善权力制衡制度,优化权力运行机制,从而提高高校治理水平。
The modernization of university governance is a crucial guarantee for building a high-quality ed⁃ucation system while optimizing the mechanism of power operation is at the core of advancing the modernization of university governance.Current research on university power structures primarily focuses on the relationship between administrative and academic powers within universities.However,university power structures are not simply a division between administration and academia,nor are they merely issues of autocracy versus democra⁃cy;instead,they involve complex“power-space”relationships formed by different domains.From the perspec⁃tive of field theory,the power structure of university governance exhibits spatial dislocation,structural disorder,and relational imbalance due to overlapping fields,conflicts of interest,information monopolies,and power vacu⁃ums.Attention should be paid to the boundaries of the power structures fields,improving the relationships among stakeholders within the power structure,and constructing a“field-technology-balancing”power struc⁃ture.This means defining the boundaries of the fields where power is generated,utilizing information technology to facilitate information transmission channels,enhancing the influence of relevant stakeholders,refining power balancing systems,optimizing power operation mechanisms,thereby improving the level of university gover⁃nance.
