摘要
我国专业学位教育规模快速扩张,结构不断调整,旧有评价体系与新的研究生教育格局之间的适配矛盾日益凸显。以教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心专业学位水平评估为参照,针对其响应性差、持续性不足、覆盖面不广等问题,“以学术学位评价结果支撑专业学位评估”当不失为一新思路。通过科研成果跨学科分配算法和“一级学科支持”指标,仅依赖学术学位数据和少量专业学位基本信息,无需采集课程、就业等不易获取的数据,便可实现有效评估。验证结果显示,该方法与2018年专业学位水平评估结果高度一致(7个学科平均相关系数达0.778)。随着高质量数据的持续补充,新评估体系将有效解决对学术学科优势院校的局部高估及新兴学科监测滞后等问题。
In the context of the rapid expansion and structural evolution of professional degree education in China,the mismatch between the existing evaluation system and the emerging graduate education landscape has become increasingly evident.This study,using the Ministry of Education’s Degree and Graduate Education Development Center(CDGDC)professional degree level evaluation as a reference,addresses issues such as poor responsiveness,insufficient sustainability,and limited coverage.It proposes a new approach of“supporting professional degree assessment with academic degree evaluation results”.Through an interdisciplinary alloca⁃tion algorithm for research outputs and a“First-Level Discipline Support”indicator,this approach relies solely on academic degree data and minimal basic professional degree information,without the need to collect hard-to-obtain data such as course offerings or employment outcomes,thus ensuring effective evaluations.The validation results show that this method is highly consistent with the 2018 professional degree level evaluation(with an average correlation coefficient of 0.778 across seven disciplines).Although the evaluation system may currently slightly overestimate some academically superior institutions and lag in monitoring emerging disci⁃plines,these issues will be thoroughly resolved with the supplementation of more high-quality data.
