摘要
中国特色社会主义政治经济学是对我国经济发展实践的经验总结和理论升华。党的十八大以来,中国特色社会主义政治经济学形成了逻辑主线式、史论结合式和专题板块式三类理论体系。构建理论体系过程中所形成的共识包括:要坚持以人民为中心的根本立场,以“两个结合”作为根本遵循,从生产力与生产关系、经济基础与上层建筑的关系出发,兼容并蓄、博采众长,既要通过主线式结构推动理论体系整体建设,也要利用专题式结构深化对具体理论和实践问题的研究。展望未来,中国特色社会主义政治经济学建设要以习近平经济思想为指导,立足中国经济实际,以中国特色社会主义生产方式为对接口,正确处理政治经济学与其他经济学科的关系,立足高水平社会主义市场经济体制考察中国经济特有规律。
The political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics is an empirical summary and theoretical sublimation of China’s economic development practices.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics has formed three types of theoretical systems:a logical main-thread type,a type combining history and theory,and a thematic-section type.The consensus formed during the process of constructing the theoretical system includes:adhering to the fundamental position of taking the people as the center,taking the“two combinations”as the fundamental guideline,starting from the relationships between productive forces and production relations and between the economic base and the superstructure,being inclusive and drawing on the strengths of others.It is necessary to promote the overall construction of the theoretical system through a main-thread structure while also utilizing a thematic structure to deepen research on specific theoretical and practical issues.Looking ahead,the construction of the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics should be guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Economy,be based on China's economic realities,use the production mode of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the interface,properly handle the relationship between political economy and other economic disciplines,and examine the unique laws of China's economy from the perspective of a high-level socialist market economy system.
