摘要
全民族抗战时期,为了更好地担负起抗日救国的领导责任、应对错综复杂的斗争形势和推进党的建设伟大工程,中国共产党在党性党风党纪教育上展开了丰富的实践探索。全民族抗战时期党性党风党纪教育的实践举措主要包括:构建党性党风党纪教育的教育内容体系、确立“惩前毖后,治病救人”的教育方针、打造党性党风党纪发挥合力的教育载体和善用榜样示范与案例警示并举的教育方法。全民族抗战时期党性党风党纪教育,具有坚持教育目标聚焦党的中心任务、坚持从整体上把握党性党风党纪教育、坚持党组织教育和党员自我修养相结合等鲜明特点。全民族抗战时期党性党风党纪教育,对于推进党的建设伟大工程的顺利实施、铸就夺取抗日战争胜利的中流砥柱、塑造中国共产党的良好形象发挥了积极作用,同时也积累了开展党性党风党纪教育的历史经验。
During the period of total resistance against Japanese aggression by the whole nation,in order to better shoulder the leadership responsibility of resisting Japan and saving the nation,cope with the intricate struggle situations both within and outside the Party during the Chinese People’s War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,and advance the great project of Party building,the Communist Party of China carried out rich practical explorations in the education on Party spirit,work style,and discipline.Specifically,the practical measures for such education during this period mainly included constructing an educational content system for Party spirit,work style,and discipline education;establishing the educational policy of“learning from past mistakes to avoid future ones,and curing the sickness to save the patient”;creating educational platforms that enable Party spirit,work style,and discipline to work synergistically;and making good use of educational methods that combine role model demonstration and case warnings.The education on Party spirit,work style,and discipline during the period of total resistance against Japanese aggression by the whole nation had distinct characteristics,such as adhering to the focus of educational goals on the Party’s central tasks,adhering to the overall grasp of such education,and adhering to the combination of Party organization education and Party members’self-cultivation.This education played a positive role in promoting the smooth implementation of the great project of Party building,consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation in winning the Chinese People’s War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,and shaping the good image of the Communist Party of China.At the same time,it also accumulated historical experience in carrying out education on Party spirit,work style,and discipline.
