摘要
在电机控制系统中,逆变器在实现各种复杂控制策略时更容易发生故障。考虑逆变器的故障和成本,采用三相四开关的容错拓扑。针对三相四开关有效电压矢量过少,幅值不等,分布不均的问题,提出了一种新的四开关八矢量无刷直流电机控制策略,并给出四开关八矢量基于等效伏秒积的转矩脉动抑制方法;最后,通过反电势过零比较原理实现无传感器控制,达到容错控制的目的。仿真及实验结果显示,在新控制方法作用下,无刷直流电机在空载状态,转速达到1500 r/min时,转矩脉动造成的转速波动峰值由34.6%减小到13.3%,转矩脉动频率减小为原来的18.1%;带载时转矩脉动造成的转速波动峰值由36%减小到16.6%,转矩脉动频率减小到原来的57.5%,电机转矩脉动得到抑制,控制效果达到预期目标。
In motor control systems,inverters are more prone to failures when implementing various complex control strategies.Consider-ing the failure and cost of inverters,a fault-tolerant topology with three phases and four switches is used.A new four-switch eight-vector brushless DC motor control strategy is proposed to solve the problems of too few effective voltage vectors,unequal amplitude and uneven distribution of the three-phase four-switch inverter,and a four-switch eight-vector torque pulsation suppression method based on the equivalent volt-second product is given.Finally,sensorless control is realized according to the inverse potential over zero comparison principle to achieve the purpose of fault-tolerant control.The simulation and experimental results show that under the new control meth-od,when the speed of brushless DC motor reaches 1500 r/min and with no load,the peak speed fluctuation caused by torque ripple de-creases from 34.6%to 13.3%and the torque ripple frequency decreases from the original 18.1%.The peak speed fluctuation caused by torque pulsation under load is reduced from 36%to 16.6%,the torque pulsation frequency is reduced to 57.5%,the motor torque pulsa-tion is suppressed,and the control effect reaches the expected goal.
