摘要
针对目前电力调度操作票检验过于依赖人工经验导致可靠性、检验准确率和检验效率低的问题,提出一种基于双向编码转换器和长短期记忆网络的操作票自动检验方法。首先,对操作票文本进行分词处理,使用双向编码转换器对分词后的文本进行向量化表示;然后,将向量矩阵作为双向长短期记忆网络输入,挖掘深层次上下文语义特征,引入注意力机制加强关键词的关注,经过条件随机场得到调度操作票最佳标签,输出文本检验结果;最后,以某地区电力调度操作票为例进行实验验证,实验结果表明,所提方法操作票检验综合评估指标达到98.01%,相比于双向编码转换器-传统长短期记忆网络和双向长短期记忆网络,分别提升了5.67%和8.92%,说明所提模型泛化能力较强,具有很高的操作票正确性判断能力,验证了所提方法的有效性。
A method for automatic inspection of power dispatch operation tickets based on bidirectional encoder converters and long short-term memory networks is proposed to address the problem of low reliability,accuracy,and efficiency caused by excessive reliance on manual experience.Firstly,the operation ticket text is segmented and vectorized by using a bidirectional encoder converter model.Then,the vector matrix is used as input for a bidirectional long short-term memory network to mine deep contextual semantic features.Attention mechanisms are introduced to enhance keyword attention,and the optimal label for scheduling operation tickets is obtained through conditional random fields.The text verification results are then output.Finally,taking the power dispatch operation ticket in a certain region as an example for experimental verification,the experimental results show that the comprehensive evaluation index of the proposed method for operation ticket inspection reaches 98.01%,which is 5.67%and 8.92%higher than that of the bidirectional en-coder converter traditional long short-term memory network and bidirectional long short-term memory network,respectively.This indi-cates that the proposed model has strong generalization ability and high ability to judge the correctness of operation tickets,verifying the effectiveness of the proposed method.
