摘要
新质生产力作为先进生产力的最新形态,对乡村全面振兴具有重要作用。不仅促进农业产业升级,提高农业生产效率和生产质量,增加农产品附加值,还能推动农村一二三产业融合发展,拓展经济发展空间,助力农民增收致富。本研究深入剖析新质生产力的内涵特征及其在乡村振兴中的应用,提出数值赋能和新产业发展两大发展路径。数字赋能通过数字技术实现农业生产的智能化、精准化和高效化,优化产业结构,提升农村治理水平。新产业发展依托乡村资源禀赋和特色优势,发展特色农业,加强政策支持和引导。两条路径共同构成新质生产力,引领乡村全面振兴的核心框架。
As the latest manifestation of advanced productivity,new quality productive forces play a crucial role in promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.They not only facilitate the upgrading of the agricultural industry,improve both production efficiency and product quality,and increase the added value of agricultural products,but also advance the integrated development of the primary,secondary,and tertiary industries in rural areas.This expansion of economic development opportunities helps farmers increase their incomes and improve their livelihoods.This paper thoroughly analyzes the defining characteristics of new quality productive forces and examines their application in the rural revitalization process.Two primary development pathways are proposed:digital empowerment and emerging industry development.Digital empowerment leverages digital technologies to enable intelligent,precise,and efficient agricultural production,optimize industrial structures,and enhance rural governance.Emerging industry development,based on local resource endowments and distinctive advantages,focuses on developing specialty agricultural sectors while strengthening policy support and guidance.Together,these two pathways form the core framework through which new quality productive forces can lead the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
