摘要
本研究探讨了在新质生产力视域下,农村跨境电商的发展现状及实现路径。首先介绍了农村跨境电商的概念及其在全球市场中的重要性,并指出其在区域发展不平衡、物流体系不完善、农产品质量标准不统一、电商人才短缺、信息技术应用不足等方面面临的挑战。针对这些问题,本研究提出了一系列实现路径,包括物流基础设施建设、农产品质量标准体系完善、人才培养与引进以及信息技术应用创新。通过这些措施将有助于推动乡村振兴和全球经济一体化。
This study examines the development status and implementation pathways of rural cross-border e-commerce from the perspective of new quality productive forces.It begins by introducing the concept of rural cross-border e-commerce and its significance in the global market.The paper identifies several challenges,including regional development imbalances,underdeveloped logistics systems,inconsistent agricultural product quality standards,a shortage of skilled e-commerce professionals,and limited application of information technologies.To address these issues,the paper proposes a range of implementation strategies,including the development of logistics infrastructure,the standardization of agricultural product quality,talent cultivation and recruitment,and the innovation of information technology applications.These measures aim to promote rural revitalization and enhance global economic integration.
