能源结构、人力资本与碳排放

Research on the Impact of Energy Structure and Human Capital on Carbon Emissions

摘要 基于2013—2023年我国30个省份面板数据,采用固定效应模型与调节效应模型,实证检验了能源结构、人力资本对碳排放的影响及其作用机制。结果表明:能源结构对碳排放有显著驱动作用,人力资本有显著的碳抑制作用,在经过一系列稳健性检验后结果依然成立;能源结构对碳排放的区域异质性表现为东部地区最强、西部地区次之、中部地区最弱;人力资本整体抑制碳排放,但呈现“东强、中弱、西反”特征;进一步进行机制检验,结果显示,在能源结构促进碳排放的过程中,人力资本发挥了正向调节作用。据此,应当优化能源结构布局,构建低碳能源体系;强化人力资本赋能,提升绿色转型内生动力;精准衔接区域与行业需求,健全政策协同机制。 Based on panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2023,this study employs fixed-effects and moderating effect models to empirically examine the impact and mechanism of energy structure and human capital on carbon emissions.The results remained valid after a series of robustness tests.The results show that:energy structure has a significant driving effect on carbon emissions,while human capital has a significant carbon suppression effect.The positive promotion effect of energy structure on carbon emissions exhibits regional heterogeneity,with the strongest effect in eastern regions,followed by western regions,and the weakest in central regions.Human capital overall inhibits carbon emissions,but demonstrates characteristics of being strong in the east,weak in the central region,and counterproductive in the west.Further mechanism testing reveals that human capital plays a positive moderating role in the process of energy structure improving carbon emissions.Therefore,the study recommends optimizing energy structure layout and constructing a low-carbon energy system,strengthening the role of human capital to enhance endogenous momentum for green transformation,precisely aligning regional and industry needs,and improving policy coordination mechanisms.
