基于陡帮开采形成的高陡边坡矿山运输道路恢复治理

Restoration and Treatment of Mining Transportation Roads Formed by Steep Slope Mining in High and Steep Slope Mines

摘要 滑坡是露天矿山常见的地质灾害,陡帮开采形成的矿山运输道路发生滑坡将对矿山的正常生产造成不可估量的影响。该文以新疆富蕴县某铁矿道路恢复治理设计方案为例,阐述了矿山道路边坡治理的特殊性。通过方案比较,选用桩基托梁+锚索框架梁+锚杆+挂网喷浆+肋板墙+路面面板+防撞护栏设计治理方式,采用分区施策综合治理的原则,利用极限平衡法计算边坡稳定性,有限元数值分析计算挡墙最大内力。结果表明,按选用设计方案治理后的边坡、挡墙均满足相关规范的要求,处于稳定状态。该方案可为矿山道路恢复治理提供参考。 Landslide is a common geological hazard in open-pit mines.Landslides occurring on mining transportation roads formed by steep slope mining can cause immeasurable impacts on normal mining operations.Taking the road restoration and treatment design of an iron ore mine in Fuyun County,Xinjiang,as an example,this paper elaborates on the particularity of slope treatment for mining roads.Through scheme comparison,a treatment design approach is carries out adopting pile foundation supporting beams+anchor cable frame beams+anchor rods+shotcrete with wire mesh+ribbed slab walls+road surface panels+anti-collision guardrails.The design followed the principle of zoned strategies for integrated governance.Slope stability is calculated using the limit equilibrium method,and the maximum internal forces of retaining walls are calculated by finite element analysis.The results show that the slopes and retaining walls treated according to the design scheme all meet the requirements of relevant specifications and are in a stable state.This approach can provide reference for mining road restoration and treatment methodologies.
