摘要
目的梳理国内外相关研究,通过对玉竹多糖年度发文量、研究机构、发文作者、关键词的可视化知识图谱进行分析,揭示药食同源两用药材玉竹多糖类成分的研究前沿热点。方法采用CiteSpace 6.3.R1软件分析中国知网及Web of Science等数据库2004年1月1日至2024年8月1日国内外与玉竹多糖相关的文献。按照纳入和排除标准进行筛选,对文献进行可视化分析。结果经筛选,最终纳入文献441篇,含中文文献292篇,英文文献149篇。相关发文量呈现一定程度波浪式增长。关键词分析显示,国内玉竹多糖的研究热点为提取工艺及药理作用,而国外更侧重于玉竹多糖的药理机制研究。结论玉竹及其多糖的研究热点集中在化学成分、结构表征以及抗氧化、氧化应激、糖尿病等药理活性和作用机制的研究,这可能是未来该领域的研究趋势。
Objective To analyze the annual publication volume,research institutions,authors,and keywords of Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharides in order to reveal the research hotspots and research frontiers of Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharides,which are dual-use medicinal herbs from both food and medicine.Methods CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was used to analyze the domestic and foreign literature related to Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharides from January 1,2004 to August 1,2024 by searching the China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Web of Science databases.The literature was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and visualized and analyzed.Results A total of 441 articles were included,including 292 articles in Chinese and 149 articles in English.The amount of relevant publications showed a certain degree of wave-like growth.The keyword analysis showed that the research on the extraction process and pharmacological effects of Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharides in China is its research hotspot,while the foreign countries focus more on the research on the pharmacological mechanism of Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharides.Conclusion The research hotspots of Polygonatum odoratum and its polysaccharides are focused on the chemical composition,structural characterization,and the study of pharmacological activities and mechanisms of action such as antioxidant,oxidative stress,diabetes,etc.,which may be the future research trend in this field.
