摘要
本文旨在探讨掘进机位姿测量系统的设计及其实现方法,该系统属于掘进机位姿测量技术领域。针对现有掘进机位姿测量系统测量精度低、便捷性差、体积笨重等问题,本文提出了一种创新的解决方案。该方案主要包括两种测量方法,分别是基于水平移动标靶的掘进机位姿方法和基于激光定位的掘进机位姿测量方法。本文所提出的掘进机位姿测量系统及方法,通过硬件结构的优化和测量方法的创新,有效提高了掘进机位姿测量的自动化程度和测量精度,为掘进机的智能化控制提供了新的思路和技术支持。该系统在实际应用中表现出良好的稳定性和可靠性,具有广阔的应用前景。
This article aims to explore the design and implementation of a boomer position and orientation measurement system,which belongs to the technical field of boomer position and orientation measurement.Addressing the issues of low measurement accuracy,poor convenience,and bulky size in existing boomer position and orientation measurement systems,this article proposes an innovative solution.The solution primarily includes two measurement methods:a boomer position and orientation method based on horizontally moving targets and a boomer position and orientation measurement method based on laser positioning.The boomer position and orientation measurement system and methods proposed in this article effectively improve the automation level and measurement accuracy of boomer position and orientation measurement through optimization of the hardware structure and innovation in measurement methods,providing new ideas and technical support for intelligent control of boomers.The system demonstrates good stability and reliability in practical applications and has broad application prospects.
