摘要
随着高压柜电气标准的不断完善以及更注重操作者的安全性,根据IEC 60298标准,内部燃弧试验被列为强制性型式试验项目。无论是从安全角度考虑还是新研发高压柜必须做的型式试验项目,高压柜的抗燃弧能力都是必须考虑的。本文以12 kV环保气体环网柜为例,从开关柜内部电弧作用机理分析、高压柜结构设计以及泄压通道的设计来提升高压柜的抗燃弧能力,确保柜子通过20k A短路电流持续1s燃弧时长的型式试验,并附有相关的第三方试验数据、图片来试验验证抗燃弧最终效果。
With the continuous improvement of electrical standards for high-voltage cabinets and the increasing emphasis on operator safety,the internal arcing test has been listed as a mandatory type test item according to the IEC 60298 standard.The arc-resistant capability of high-voltage cabinets must be considered,both from the perspective of safety and as a necessary type test item for newly developed highvoltage cabinets.Taking the 12 kV environmentally friendly gas ring main unit as an example,this article enhances the arc-resistant capability of the high-voltage cabinet by analyzing the mechanism of internal arcing within the switchgear,optimizing the structural design of the highvoltage cabinet,and designing pressure relief channels.This ensures that the cabinet can pass the type test with a 20kA short-circuit current and a sustained arcing duration of 1 second.Relevant third-party test data and images are provided to verify the final effect of arc resistance.
