摘要
本文围绕煤化工仪表及自动化控制系统展开研究,分析其常见故障并提出处理措施。通过检测仪表采集参数信号,经控制器运算处理后由执行器调节生产过程实现自动化控制,其中常见故障涵盖仪表故障、自动化控制系统故障和执行器故障,原因包括恶劣工况、元件老化、设计不合理等。故障检测采用万用表、示波器检测信号,运用神经网络、专家系统分析数据。针对各类故障,文中分别给出更换检测元件、热备切换、调节阀维修等处理措施,为保障煤化工生产的稳定运行提供了技术支持与理论参考。
This article focuses on the research of instrumentation and automation control systems in the coal chemical industry,analyzing common faults and proposing handling measures.Automation control is achieved by collecting parameter signals through instrumentation,processing these signals via controllers,and adjusting the production process with actuators.Common faults include those related to instrumentation,automation control systems,and actuators,with causes such as harsh operating conditions,component aging,and unreasonable design.Fault detection involves the use of multimeters and oscilloscopes to detect signals,and neural networks and expert systems to analyze data.For various faults,the article provides handling measures such as replacing detection components,hot standby switching,and repair of control valves,providing technical support and theoretical references for ensuring the stable operation of coal chemical production.
