摘要
以2014—2023年小米科技有限责任公司(简称“小米集团”)为依据,基于数字化转型背景进行研究。结果表明,在数字化转型背景下小米集团的绩效连年增长。具体而言,通过两个方面来衡量,其一,盈利能力,表现为产品销量的提升以及新市场新业务领域的不断拓展;其二,运营效率,采用智能化管理不仅加快生产效率,而且加快资金周转速率,减少了人为失误造成的沉没成本。基于此,分析了在数智化时代下,数字化对小米集团绩效的作用,在理论上为数字化转型对绩效表现提供了新视角,在实践上,有助于其他想要提高绩效表现的科技制造行业借鉴,促进企业高效、高质发展。
Based on the 2014-2023 Xiaomi Technology Limited Company(referred to as“Xiaomi Group”),a study is conducted based on the background of digital transformation.The results show that the performance of Xiaomi Group increases year after year in the context of digital transformation.Specifically,it is measured by two aspects:first,profitability,which is manifested in the improvement of product sales and the continuous expansion of new markets and new business areas;second,operational efficiency,the use of intelligent management not only accelerates the production efficiency,but also accelerates the rate of capital turnover,which reduces the sunk costs caused by human error.In conclusion,this paper analyzes the role of digitization on the performance of Xiaomi Group in the era of digital intelligence,which provides a new perspective on digital transformation on performance performance in theory,and in practice,it helps other science and technology manufacturing industries that want to improve performance performance to learn from,and promotes the development of enterprises with high efficiency and high quality.
