摘要
针对煤矿井下电动机驱动系统负载波动大、启停频繁,导致能效降低及电网波动的问题。分析了煤矿井下电动机驱动系统工作原理,研究了自适应控制智能调度、超级电容储能及动态补偿功率因数改善等核心节能技术,提出了智能优化调度策略,旨在降低系统能耗、提高功率因数、优化母线电压稳定性,为矿山电气系统节能降耗提供技术支撑。
Underground coal mine motor drive system is widely used in coal mining,drainage,ventilation,transportation,etc.The large load fluctuation and frequent starting and stopping lead to the reduction of energy efficiency and the fluctuation of power grid.The working principle of underground coal mine motor drive system is analyzed,core energy saving technologies such as adaptive control intelligent scheduling,super capacitor energy storage and dynamic compensation power factor improvement are studied,and intelligent optimization scheduling strategy is proposed,aiming at reducing system energy consumption,improving power factor,optimizing bus voltage stability,and providing technical support for energy saving and consumption reduction of mine electrical system.
