煤气排水器是冶金企业煤气系统中的关键安全设备,其水位控制直接关系到系统的安全运行。为确保排水器水封的有效性和安全性,需科学标定水位警戒线。高位警戒线应设在溢流口管径中位线至溢流口上管道线之间,并低于复式水封各室顶部至少50 mm,以保障溢流功能和防止高压突破相邻室。低位警戒线则依据系统运行设计压力设定,单室水封对应设计压力水位,复式水封则为设计压力除以舱室数量。标定需结合静态校验和动态监测,确保水位始终在警戒线范围内。配备自动补水系统,并定期维护和优化标定参数,可有效预防煤气倒窜和泄漏,保障生产安全。
The gas drainage sump is a critical safety device in the gas system of metallurgical enterprises,and its water level control directly affects the safe operation of the system.To ensure the effectiveness and safety of the water seal,it is essential to scientifically mark the water level warning lines.The high-level warning line should be set between the midline of the overflow pipe diameter and the upper edge of the overflow pipe,and it should be at least 50 mm below the top of each compartment in a multi-chamber water seal to ensure overflow functionality and prevent high-pressure breakthroughs into adjacent compartments.The low-level warning line is determined based on the system's designed operating pressure:for single-chamber water seals,it corresponds to the designed pressure water level,while for multi-chamber water seals,it is the designed pressure divided by the number of compartments.The marking process should combine static calibration and dynamic monitoring to ensure that the water level remains within the warning range at all times.Additionally,equipping the system with an automatic water replenishment system and regularly maintaining and optimizing the marking parameters can effectively prevent gas backflow and leaks,ensuring production safety.
