摘要
针对25 MVA硅铁矿热炉电极保护屏频繁漏水问题,采用实证分析的方法,探讨了导致电极保护屏漏水原因,包括材料特性、设计缺陷、运行条件及操作维护等多个方面。通过改进电极保护屏内部循环水路、优化焊接热输入参数等,有效降低了电极保护屏漏水故障发生的频率,使硅铁矿热炉的产能得到充分释放,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。
In response to the frequent water leakage problem of the electrode protection screen in a 25 MVA silicon iron ore hot furnace,this paper explores the causes of water leakage in the electrode protection screen through empirical analysis,including material characteristics,design defects,operating conditions,and operation and maintenance.By improving the internal circulation water circuit of the electrode protection screen and optimizing the welding heat input parameters,the frequency of water leakage faults in the electrode protection screen has been effectively reduced,fully releasing the production capacity of the silicon iron ore furnace and achieving significant economic and social benefits.
