摘要
唐山某钢铁公司利用高炉煤气、转炉煤气、焦炉煤气、饱和蒸汽及烧结余热发电。现有2×78 MW机组和100 MW煤气发电机组消耗偏高,增加了系统能耗及发电成本,与机组设计效率及单耗指标存在差距,受负荷波动频繁和产线制约因素影响较大。为降低发电煤气燃耗,提高发电效率,可持续实现生产控制精细化,强化自主管理主动性,将精细化管理的规范性与创新性有效结合,确保生产安全及发电机组稳定、经济、高效运行,从而提高发电效率。
A steel company in Tangshan uses blast furnace gas,converter gas,coke oven gas,saturated steam,and sintering waste heat to generate electricity.The existing 2×78 MW units and 100 MW gas-fired power generation units have high consumption,resulting in increased system energy consumption and increased power generation costs.There is a gap between the designed efficiency and unit consumption indicators of the units,and they are greatly affected by frequent load fluctuations and production line constraints.This article aims to study how to reduce gas consumption in power generation,improve power generation efficiency,sustainably achieve refined production control,strengthen proactive self-management,effectively combine the standardization and innovation of refined management,ensure safe,stable,economical,and efficient operation of production,and thus improve power generation efficiency.
