烧结用生石灰活性度与反应时间的研究分析

摘要 烧结生石灰作为烧结矿的常用碱性熔剂,其主要指标直接影响成品烧结矿的质量,而其活性度指标也是评价的主要维度之一。但行业中尚无统一的衡量标准,一般都是参照炼钢石灰的方法进行分析,因粒度差异和反应历程不同,分析结果对实际生产的指导性有待研究。基于此,对不同样品进行活性度分析,并结合烧结生产的特点研究了烧结石灰的反应历程,从而确定相对可靠的反应时间,达到科学评价石灰活性度的目的。 Sintering quicklime is commonly used as an alkaline flux in sintered ore,and its main indicators directly affect the quality of the finished sintered ore.The reactivity index is also one of the main evaluation dimensions.However,there is no unified measurement standard in the industry,and it is generally analyzed by referring to the method of steelmaking lime.Due to the difference in particle size and reaction process,the results need further research regarding their applicability to actual production.This paper studies the reaction process of sintering quicklime in the laboratory with different samples and combines the characteristics of sintering production to deter mine a relatively reliable reaction time,achieving the purpose of scientifically evaluating the reactivity of lime.
