摘要
对Cu-Ag-Nb合金的力学性能与电学性能进行分析。采用熔炼工艺制备合金样品,通过试验测试其性能,并进行评估。结果表明:Cu-Ag-Nb合金的抗拉强度为520 MPa,屈服强度为350 MPa,HV硬度为180。该合金在硬度方面具有优势,合金在承受外力时具有较好的韧性。对断裂韧性进行研究,结果显示:合金在遭受冲击力时能够吸收能量,提升合金的综合性能。
The mechanical and electrical properties of Cu-Ag-Nb alloy were analyzed.Prepare alloy samples using melting process,test their properties through experiments,and evaluate them.The results show that the tensile strength of Cu-Ag-Nb alloy is 520 MPa,the yield strength is 350 MPa,and the HV hardness is 180.This alloy has advantages in hardness and good toughness when subjected to external forces.Research on fracture toughness shows that alloys can absorb energy and improve their overall performance when subjected to impact forces.
