割管修复后水冷壁冷灰斗与干渣机开裂泄露原因探究

Investigation into the Causes of Leakage in Water Wall Cold Ash Hopper and Dry Slag Machine Following Tube Cutting Repair

摘要 锅炉作为工业生产体系中的核心热能设备,在现代工业生产中发挥着不可替代的关键作用。水冷壁冷灰斗与干渣机是燃煤锅炉系统中的关键组件,协同实现高效排渣与热量回收。某电厂锅炉在割管修复后再次出现开裂泄漏,在泄漏处采集了2个样本,并进行了化学成分、硬度测试、金相组织等分析。试验结果表明,角焊缝处水冷壁管的热影响区硬度高、韧性较差,锅炉运行过程中裂纹容易沿外壁向内壁逐渐扩展,壁厚方向裂纹形成后可沿管子纵向延伸,裂纹尺寸进一步扩大,导致了水冷壁管开裂泄漏。 As a core thermal energy equipment in the industrial production system,boilers play an irreplaceable and critical role in modern industrial production.The water-cooled wall cold hopper and dry slag extractor are key components in coal-fired boiler systems,working synergistically to achieve efficient slag removal and heat recovery.After a tube-cutting repair,leakage reoccurred in a power plant boiler.Two samples were collected from the leakage site and analyzed for chemical composition,hardness testing,metallographic structure,and other parameters.The experimental results indicated that the heat-affected zone(HAZ)of the water-cooled wall tubes at the fillet weld exhibited high hardness and poor toughness.During boiler operation,cracks tended to propagate gradually from the outer wall to the inner wall,and after forming along the wall thickness direction,cracks could extend longitudinally along the tube.This further enlarged the crack dimensions,ultimately leading to the cracking and leakage of the water-cooled wall tubes.
