摘要
目的观察纤维分体桩超瓷髓超嵌体对根管治疗后牙体缺损的应用效果。方法该研究为前瞻性研究,研究对象纳入开封市第三人民医院(祥符区第一人民医院)2021年1月至2024年1月期间收治的100例牙体缺损患者,应用电脑随机分组法将其分别列为合金组和纤维组,各50例。两组均实施修复治疗,合金组的修复材料为合金分体桩髓超嵌体,纤维组的修复材料为纤维分体桩超瓷髓超嵌体,比较两组患者的修复效果,咬合、咀嚼功能,牙周指标及相关并发症发生情况。结果经应用不同修复材料后,纤维组的修复体完整度、颜色匹配度、边缘适合性、边缘着色率、牙龈健康等方面合格率分别为94.00%(47/50)、92.00%(46/50)、94.00%(47/50)、92.00%(46/50)、90.00%(45/50),均高于合金组[60.00%(30/50)、62.00%(31/50)、64.00%(32/50)、62.00%(31/50)、60.00%(30/50)](χ^(2)=16.319、12.705、13.532、12.705、12.000,P<0.05);纤维组的咬合力、平均咬合压强、咀嚼效率、咀嚼速度分别为(25.44±5.28)kg、(6.33±1.26)MPa、(88.24±10.35)%、(75.22±10.46)次/min,均高于合金组[(22.35±5.33)kg、(5.45±1.44)MPa、(83.35±10.28)%、(70.34±10.22)次/min](t=2.912、3.252、2.370、2.360,P<0.05);纤维组的牙龈指数(GI)、牙龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周袋深度(PD)、附着丧失值(AL)分别为(0.84±0.13)分、(1.05±0.23)分、(2.94±0.33)mm、(1.45±0.26)mm,均低于合金组[(1.22±0.35)分、(1.61±0.28)分、(3.35±0.36)mm、(2.33±0.29)mm](t=7.197、10.928、5.936、15.976,P<0.05);纤维组的并发症发生率[4.00%(2/50)]低于合金组[22.00%(11/50)](χ^(2)=7.162,P<0.05)。结论纤维分体桩超瓷髓超嵌体可优化根管治疗后牙体缺损患者的修复效果,对增强患者咬合、咀嚼功能,改善牙周指标、降低并发症发生风险均有积极意义。
【Objective】To observe the application effect of fiber fission post super ceramic endo-overlay in the repair treatment of dental defects in patients after root canal treatment.【Methods】This study was a prospective study,with 100 patients with dental defects admitted to Kaifeng Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024.They were randomly divided into an alloy group(50 cases)and a fiber group(50 cases)using computer randomization.The alloy group received alloy fission post endo-overlay for repair treatment,while the fiber group received fiber fission post super ceramic endo-overlay for repair treatment.The repair effects,bite and chewing functions,periodontal indicators,and related complications of the two groups of patients were compared.【Results】After applying different repair materials,the qualification rates of the restoration integrity,color matching,edge suitability,edge coloring rate,and gingival health in the fiber group were 94.00%(47/50),92.00%(46/50),94.00%(47/50),92.00%(46/50),and 90.00%(45/50),higher than the alloy group[60.00%(30/50),62.00%(31/50),64.00%(32/50),62.00%(31/50),60.00%(30/50)](χ^(2)=16.319,12.705,13.532,12.705,12.000;P<0.05).The bite rate,average occlusal pressure,chewing efficiency,and chewing speed in the fiber group were 25.44±5.28 kg,6.33±1.26 MPa,88.24%±10.35%,and 75.22±10.46 times/min,higher than the alloy group(22.35±5.33 kg,5.45±1.44 MPa,83.35%±10.28%,and 70.34±10.22 times/min)(t=2.912,3.252,2.370,2.360;P<0.05).The gingival index(GI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),periodontal depth(PD),and attachment loss(AL)were 0.84±0.13 points,1.05±0.23 points,2.94±0.33 mm,and 1.45±0.26 mm,lower than the alloy group(1.22±0.35 points,1.61±0.28 points,3.35±0.36 mm,and 2.33±0.29 mm)(t=7.197,10.928,5.936,15.976;P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the fiber group was 4.00%(2/50),lower than the alloy group[22.00%(11/50)](χ^(2)=7.162;P<0.05).【Conclusion】Fiber fission post super ceramic endo-overlay can optimize the repair effect of dental defects in patients after root canal treatment,and have positive significance in enhancing bite and chewing function,improving periodontal indicators,and reducing the risk of complications.
